It operates and manages the Hebei section of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway in Hebei and Tianjin, the Tianjin section of Beijing Shenyang Expressway and Tianjin-Hebei Expressway, amounting to a total of nearly 300 kilometers. Its subsidiaries are Hebei Jingshi Expressway Co., Ltd., Tianjin Tianang Expressway Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Tianyong Expressway Co., Ltd.

New Century Decal (Shenzhen) Limited (named as “NCDSZ”) is the first and the largest container decal manufacturer in the world. It is mainly engaged in the manufacture of all sorts of shipping container decals, and transportation as well as marine equipment decals. NCDSZ, established in May 1992, is the wholly-owned subsidiary of New Century Decal (Far East) Ltd. NCDSZ is located in the Baoan district, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. COSCO Jinjiang Development Co. Ltd. Quanzhou was established on November 25, 1993 and was put into use in December 1998, which is located in Zhonglingyuxiu, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, beside Fuxia Road in the South gate of Quanzhou.
